Ingen STØREN-plagg inneholder syntetiske fibrer. A request takes no payment: it is recorded in this browser only, and nothing is charged.

The same honesty as everywhere else on this site — including about what is not settled yet. Anything in a dashed box is a fact we do not have yet, and it will be filled in before a single krone is charged.

The Frogner commission is 2 995 kr.
No payment is taken yet — a commission recorded here is a request, and nothing is charged.
Pieces are numbered in order of payment. A number is used once: if a buyer withdraws, the number is not given out again and the count does not go down. If your payment comes through after your size is already full, it gets no number and we refund everything you paid within 14 days.
Each piece is made to commission and delivered to the address you give at checkout. Estimated delivery: by 31 March 2027. If that date moves, you hear about it at the address you gave. If we are late, you can give us a reasonable extra deadline. If we do not deliver within it, you can cancel the purchase and get back everything you paid. In some cases you can cancel at once, and you may be entitled to compensation (forbrukerkjøpsloven §§ 23 and 24). Risk passes to you when the piece is delivered; the fourteen days run from that day.
Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) you may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days from the day the piece reaches you, without giving any reason. Tell us clearly — the statutory form below works, an email works, and so does a call to [telephone] — and return the piece within fourteen days of telling us. The refund, including original delivery, is made within fourteen days of your notice with the same means of payment you used; once made, your bank may take a few more business days to show it. You bear the direct cost of the return, and the piece should come back unworn, as it left.
The statutory withdrawal form (angreskjema, Q-0319B) — it also travels with every order confirmation.
The Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies. If the piece has a defect, contact us at [contact email]. Write to us first; we answer within fourteen days. You have at least two months from discovering a defect to report it (up to two years overall) — no rush to a specific date — and we will offer repair or replacement first; if that is not possible or not done in reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase. Unresolved, you may bring the matter to Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) for mediation, and then to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). The former EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. An order carries your name, address and email; a waitlist entry carries only your email. Both are processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) to do what you asked (delivery, receipts, this law’s notices), and are handed to no one at all — while payment is closed, a request stays in this browser only. Once an order is paid, the resulting accounting record is kept five years under bokføringsloven § 13, processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
A submitted request, a waitlist address, and any pins you drop on the map are kept only in this browser’s local storage, for those purposes and no other — storage that is strictly necessary under ekomloven § 3-15, so it needs no consent banner. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose a payment or join a live waitlist.
Joining the waitlist is your consent, not part of any purchase — withdraw it any time by writing to [contact email], and your address is removed. It is processed by [data processor], kept for [retention period], and hosted by [hosting provider].
Where any processor named here, for an order or the waitlist, sits outside the EEA, the transfer is safeguarded by [international transfer safeguard].
These terms describe the site as it runs today.
